The GraVity Card – The Key to 18 Thrilling Bike Parks

Mountain biking in South Tyrol and all of Europe

The GraVity Card is the key to 18 of Europe’s most diverse bike parks. With just one ticket, passionate mountain bike riders can access 18 of the best parks in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Slovenia. In 2018, the 3-Country enduro trails in Passo di Resia became part of the GraVity Card family.

The Bike-Abo subscription is perfect for all who want to get stuck in and sample everything Europe’s bike parks have to offer. The GraVity Card is valid for the entire season, so from 21 April to 4 November 2018. It’s always a good idea to check out the opening hours of each participating bike park to avoid disappointment. Whether it’s a flowing single trail or a challenging pump track, we’re sure your mountain biking holiday in South Tyrol, the rest of Italy and our neighbouring countries will be an unforgettable one!


Special arrangement for summer 2020

Sadly, owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic, at present we are unable to give any definite information about the opening of the individual bike parks covered by the Gravity Card. We hope that the first parks will be up and running in May 2020, but this may vary according to individual states. In order to offer bikers more security when it comes to purchasing a Gravity Card, and for those who have already purchased theirs in advance, the Gravity Card group has agreed  special arrangements.

Guidelines

Participating GraVity members each operate their cable cars, lift facilities, bike parks and downhill runs autonomously and legally independently. The purchase of a GraVity season ticket grants the guest use of the included cable cars and leisure establishments, the service contract is only with the facility the guest is using at that moment in time. The facility’s own T&Cs are also valid. Any potential liability regarding guests, either due to contractual or statutory provisions, for incidents arising from the operation and use of the cable car and lift facilities, as well as bike parks and downhill routes, only affects the company in whose area of responsibility the incident arises. The other participating GraVity members are not liable.

Reimbursement in the event of injury

In the event you are injured, you may only be reimbursed within first eight weeks of your GraVity Card’s issue. To claim reimbursement, you have to provide an original copy of a doctor’s note provided by a local physician and surrender your GraVity Card. The amount you receive will be calculated starting from the day on which you hand your card back. You must return your card to the Bikepark that issued it.

Loss

You can report the loss of your GraVity Card by providing the cancellation code to one of the GraVity partners. Once you provide your identity, the GraVity Card is cancelled and, for an admin fee of € 10, a replacement card is provided no sooner than one day after the loss is reported. You must not allow third parties to have access to your GraVity Card. If you forget your GraVity Card, no replacement is available. GraVity Cards are non-transferable. Misuse of your GraVity Card will result in its confiscation and cancellation.
