Information about Ski Passes
All you need to know
Ticket sales:
Valley stations of the Piz Belpiano and Malga di San Valentino orbital cable cars
Ticket booth opening hours:
Belpiano and Malga di San Valentino valley station: daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Entry system:
All tickets are contactless! Just carry them on your left hand side, walk through the control zone and onwards to fun and frolics in the snow! No deposit is payable in Belpiano-Malga S. Valentino.
Ticket reservations:
Daily from 3pm. Book your ticket in advance to avoid long queues the next day.
Payment:
We accept all common payment methods.
Extension:
Multiple day passes for 6 days or more can be extended by one day by purchasing a half-day ticket after midday. This does not apply to all special offers (family ski pass, special week prices).
Children – Youth – Seniors:
- Children’s price for those born between 2010 and 2018
- Youth price for those born between 2007 and 2009
- Seniors price for those born before 1962
Children born after 2018 receive a free pass if an adult chaperone purchases a ski pass for the same period (proof of age necessary).
Disabled:
When presenting a government-issued form of ID, guests on reduced levels of employment (60% or above) pay the children’s tariff
Loss of ski pass:
Lost or forgotten ski passes cannot be replaced
Reimbursement:
Your ski pass will only be reimbursed in the event of a skiing accident and only if the injured party provides a doctor’s certificate. Reimbursement of multiple day tickets is only applicable to unused days and can only be conceded in the ski area. Reimbursement will not occur if individual facilities are brought to a standstill by force majeure or in the event technical difficulties.
Control and misuse:
Tickets are checked at the valley stations and at some facilities within the resorts. Tickets are not transferable. Misuse of your ticket will result in its immediate confiscation.
Safety rail information:
The safety rail of the chair lifts may only be opened when you pass the sign at the mountain station.
Ski Patrol:
The on-site ski patrol and emergency services are responsible for your safety on the slopes. The last patrol takes place shortly after the lifts are turned off. After this has occurred, the pistes are off limits as dangerous equipment, such as piste bashers, grind winches, snow cannons and more will then be in use.
Reporting Accidents:
There are first aid rooms at the mountain and valley stations, all mountain and valley stations of the facilities and all ticket booths.
Lost Property Office:
The lost and found offices are located at the ticket booths at the valley stations of Belpiano (+39 0473 424775) and Malga San Valentino (+39 0473 424774)
Ski Depot – Hire – Service:
At the Piz Belpiano and Malga S. Valentino valley stations, there is a modern ski depot and ski boot dryer available for you to use (for a fee). In Belpiano, you may only access the ski depot with a ski pass – present it at the ticket booth to be granted access. All valley stations have ski rental, ski servicing and sports shop facilities available for our guests.
Opening Hours:
In all ski resorts, from 8:30am until 4:00pm (all facilities) – NB: the last journey into the valley is at 4:30pm!
Ski Bus:
A free shuttle link in each of the individual ski resorts. Additional Ski Bus Services: Vallelunga – Curon – Belpiano – Curon – Vallelunga.
There is also a ski bus service between Pfunds (Austria) and Belpiano, via Nauders Bergkastel (Austria). You may download more detailed information about the ski bus service here.
